Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Blossom VPN ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Blossom Digital ("we," "our," or "us").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically, as your continued use signifies acceptance of any updates.

Service Description
Blossom VPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes your traffic through our secure servers. The Service is designed to:
Protect your online privacy and secure your data
Encrypt your internet traffic using industry-standard protocols
Allow you to connect through servers in multiple geographic locations
The Service is provided as-is, and specific features, server locations, and connection speeds may vary based on network conditions and your subscription plan.

Account Registration
To use certain features of Blossom VPN, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the Service.

Acceptable Use
You agree to use Blossom VPN only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Any illegal activity, including but not limited to distribution of malware, hacking, or fraud
Sending unsolicited communications (spam) or distributing harmful content
Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others
Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the Service infrastructure
Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized parties
Using the Service to circumvent legal restrictions in your jurisdiction in a way that violates applicable law
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice and without refund.

Subscription & Payment
Blossom VPN offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require an active paid subscription.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase (IAP) system. We do not directly collect or process payment information.
Subscription Terms: Subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected (monthly or annual). Details are displayed before purchase confirmation.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings in the App Store at any time.

Refund Policy
Since all purchases are made through Apple's App Store:
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through their standard refund process
Refund eligibility and decisions are governed by Apple's refund policies
We are unable to process refunds directly, as we do not handle payment transactions

Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
Scheduled maintenance and system upgrades
Unexpected technical issues or server failures
Factors beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events)
We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Blossom VPN application — including but not limited to the design, logo, graphics, code, and documentation — are owned by Blossom Digital and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Use our trademarks or branding without written permission

Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
By You: You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through the app settings.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Blossom Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities resulting from your use of the Service
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:
Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
Any warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of results obtained through the Service
We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be compatible with all devices or operating systems.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made:
The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated
Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance
If you disagree with any changes, you should discontinue use of the Service and delete your account.
